We’re here to help make your dip powder journey smooth, stylish, and simple. From application queries to delivery updates, everything you need to know is right here!

🚚 How long does shipping take?

We do our best to get your pink packages out to you as quickly as possible — because we know you’re excited to dip!

Processing time:

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days (Mon–Fri).

  • Custom or high-volume orders may take slightly longer, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Delivery estimates:
🇬🇧 UK orders:

  • Standard delivery: 1–5 business days after dispatch

  • Next Working Day: Place your order before 12pm (Mon–Fri) for next-day delivery
    (Orders after 12pm Friday–12pm Monday ship Monday for Tuesday delivery)

🌍 International orders:

  • Most deliveries arrive in 7–14 business days, though it can vary depending on customs or local services.

  • In rare cases, international shipping may take longer — we appreciate your patience!

  • Orders over £50 (after discounts) will automatically qualify for free shipping and be dispatched.

Shipping tip:
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your LeVeraux goodies every step of the way.

💔 My item arrived damaged – what now?

While our packaging is secure and follows all postal guidelines, if something does arrive damaged, don’t worry.

Please email info@leveraux.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include:

  • A clear image of the damaged item

  • A photo of the packaging it arrived in

We’ll take it from there and make it right.

💡 Can I use regular polish or gel on top?

Absolutely! We love seeing the creativity from our LeVeraux community. You can use gel polish or regular polish over your dipped nails. Simply apply a clear dip layer first, shape, then polish as you please. ✨

😬 My dip powder looks streaky — help!

No stress. Our powders are made in small, high-quality batches using natural pigments, which can sometimes settle.

Try this:

  • Close the lid tightly

  • Give the jar a good shake

  • You can also rub the jar gently inside a sandwich bag for an even mix

📦 How long will my order take?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days, though this may vary during busy times. After dispatch:

  • UK deliveries: usually arrive in 1–5 business days

  • International orders: can take 7–14 days depending on your location

For guaranteed next-day delivery, place your order before 12pm (UK time) Monday–Friday. Orders placed after Friday 12pm will ship Monday.

We promise to do everything we can to get your pink packages to you swiftly.

⏳ How long do dip nails last?

With the right care, your dipped nails will look gorgeous for 3–5 weeks. Nail health, daily activity and natural growth will affect longevity.

Pro tip: Apply a final clear top layer to protect colour and minimise wear.

💅 What’s the best way to remove my dip powder nails?

Two options – pick what suits you best:

1. Soak-off method (our fave!):
Watch our quick [YouTube tutorial] on this gentle method.

2. Foil method:

  • Soak cotton pads with acetone and place on each nail

  • Wrap with foil

  • Wait 10 minutes

  • Push off softened product with a cuticle tool

  • Repeat if needed, then hydrate with cuticle oil

🌿 Can I use LeVeraux dip powder on natural nails?

Absolutely – that’s what it’s made for!

🧊 Why is my Top Coat drying slowly?

Dip systems can be sensitive to temperature. Cold or humid rooms may slow down the curing process. For best results:

  • Work in a warm, dry space

  • After shaping your activated nails, reapply activator before using the Top Coat

This ensures a smooth, speedy dry every time!

🖌️ My brush has gone hard — what do I do?

No panic needed!

This can happen if a brush is used before the Activator has completely dried. Here’s how to fix it:

  1. Swap the hardened brush with the soft one from your Brush Saver bottle.

  2. Place the stiff brush into the Brush Saver bottle to restore it.

  3. Always wipe the fresh brush with a lint-free cloth before placing it into your Base or Top Coat bottles.
