Returns & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In the same condition as received
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used nail products, dip powders, liquids, and other beauty items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Custom or personalised products, special orders, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please email info@leveraux.com before sending any items back.
If your return is approved, we will provide the return address (United Kingdom) and full return instructions.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly.
European Union β 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered to an EU country, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.
Items must be unused and unopened unless faulty.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 working days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
